1. Apple iTunes installed on your computer to subscribe to our Podcasts
2. Your existing Usrid/Pass to the Adult Baby Source and/or Xtreme Diaper Members area.
3. If you want to play on your iPod you will need a video iPod.

1. Open iTunes
2. From the top menu Select: Advanced > Subscribe To Podcast

3. Paste the URL in the "Subscribe To Podcast" URL box
4. Click "OK"
5. The podcast title "Adult Baby Source and Xtreme Diaper 'What's New' Feed" will appear in your list of Podcasts.
6. Click on the little arrow at the left of the podcast title
7. A list of the latest videos will drop down
8. Click "Get" on the videos you wish to download or click "Get All"
9. You will be asked for your existing Members Area Usrid/Pass for each video.
   ABS members can download ABS videos and XD members can download XD videos using their existing Usrid/Pass.
10. The videos will download and be saved under "Podcasts"

To store and view the videos on your iPod

1. From the iTunes top menu Select: File > Sync "Your iPod Name"
2. The videos will be stored on your iPod under "Videos".
